Hi, I’m Debs and I create products for people who care what goes onto their skin. They are free from animal cruelty, palm oil, synthetics & plastic.
Yes, they are. Being a vegetarian myself this is very important. I only use olive, coconut and castor oil, along with shea and cocoa butter to make the soap. Any colouring is achieved using herbs and spices.
My soap ingredients are sourced as locally as possible and I use recycled packaging wherever I can. My gift boxes are made from recycled material and my gift baskets are made from bamboo. I always choose the most eco-friendly option when selecting items to go in a gift box, like a scrunchie or soap dish ladder.
I do! After spending two years researching, questioning, and experimenting I applied for my first set of soaps to be safety tested and acquired a licence to sell. I am now very proud to have created soaps & shampoo that are kind to the planet & lovely to use!
No, I don’t. From the word go I didn’t want to use it, though read the pros & cons of using sustainable palm oil as a compromise. I wanted to be able to say I had made an informed choice, rather than a decision from the heart. Finding a recipe that doesn’t involve animal fats or palm oil has been hard but I've done it and feel proud that I have achieved what I set out to do.
